SERVICE GUARANTEE & PAYMENT POLICY

 

  1. In order to receive the optimum benefit from your treatment, please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time.

  2. In case of late arrival, your treatment will may have to end at the scheduled time in order to avoid delaying the next client scheduled. Thank you for keeping this in mind! 

  3. All Saturday appointments must be held with a valid credit card and will be charged a $25 no-show fee if not cancelled 24 hrs. prior to appointment time.

  4. Please notify us within 3 days of the service date with any problems and/or concerns regarding your service, we will gladly correct any problems. Refunds are not available.

  5. Full payment is expected the same day your service is provided. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and cash only. No cash refunds are given on gift certificates or retail products.

  6. NO SHOW POLICY: 100% Service Fee After two (2) non-emergency cancellations and/or no-shows, Isla Advanced Skincare & Hair may request an advanced payment for future appointments.

  7. CANCELLATION POLICY: Because our spa appointments are reserved specifically for you, we request a 24 hour notice for any cancellations.

  8. CHILDREN POLICY: Isla Advanced Skincare & Hair wants to provide a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for all of their clients. Due to safety and insurance concerns, we ask that children only be in the spa when they have an appointment.
