SERVICE GUARANTEE & PAYMENT POLICY
~In order to receive the optimum benefit from your treatment, please arrive 10 min prior to your appointment time.
In case of late arrival, your treatment will may have to end at the scheduled time in order to avoid delaying the next client scheduled. Thank you for keeping this in mind!
~We guarantee our hair services with the usage of professional maintenance products.
Please notify us within 1 week of the service date with any problems and/or concerns regarding your service, we will gladly correct any problems. Refunds will not be given.
~Full payment is expected the same day your service is provided. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash for payment.
No cash refunds are given on gift certificates or retail products.
NO SHOW POLICY
After three (2) non-emergency cancellations and/or no-shows, Isla Advanced Skincare & Hair may request a 50 % advanced payment fee for future appointments.
Because your salon and spa appointments are reserved specifically for you, we request a 24 hour notice for any cancellations.
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available here at Isla.
Isla Advanced Skincare & Hair wants to provide a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for all of their clients. Due to safety and insurance concerns, we ask that children only be in the treatment room when they have an appointment.
